We began in 1994 with a keen interest in milling, from log to finished product. Our experience in retail lumber created a desire to supply products that standard lumber yards cannot.
We specialize in old growth cedar which is locally grown and milled. We use Incense Cedar, Ponderosa Pine and Sugar Pine. We high grade all our logs, making the best boards available. Each log originates in our local mountains and comes from trees that have died of natural causes or have been removed through hazard abatement. No trees are removed from their habitat for the purpose of timber sale. We have a good selection of wide slabs with natural edge on one or both sides. Thicknesses vary depending on widths. We also keep a broad selection of fireplace mantels on hand. Thickness, width and lengths vary as well. Let us know what you have in mind and if we don't have something on hand, we will mill it for you. We find Cedar makes the best looking mantels due to it's rich brown color and natural edge character.
We keep a large selection of clear cedar and sugar pine boards. Full sawn dimensions are common. email us for price and availability.
